RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at hello@platformarchdetail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will arrange for the return, replacement, or refund of the defective item.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
